Are we underestimating how fast agentic coding changes software teams?

I manage a small eng team, and in six months our agent-assisted output per developer roughly doubled on well-specified tasks. Code review is now the bottleneck, not writing code. I'm starting to think the org-chart implications are bigger than the benchmark discourse suggests. For those running teams, how are you restructuring roles around agents — or is the productivity story overstated in your experience?

Good stuff, bookmarked. Will try this approach in our next build.
